Kids and active adventurers of all ages love our wet and wild Orlando water park, while others will enjoy just basking in the warmth and beach-side ambiance of this beautiful, tropical themed retreat. Our stylish meeting rooms, holding anywhere from 20 to 300 people, are great for luncheons, church events, bar and bat mitzvahs and other special events. We even offer delicious event menus!

Looking for a truly unique birthday party? Look no further. With private Orlando meeting venues available for rent and our professional splashy staff, CoCo Key Water Resort is a wonderful place to hold birthday parties for any age.
Kids love the immediate access to our gigantic outdoor water park and Key Quest Arcade. For adults, there is the Wet Rooster Bar for delicious poolside refreshments. Let us take care of everything so you can sit back and enjoy the party!
