Transportation Options for Exploring Orlando

Wherever you need to go, we have convenient ways to get you there! Our water park in Orlando, FL is located in the center of all the action of Orlando including shopping and entertainment venues.

Enjoy major Orlando theme parks without the hassle of paying to park! A complimentary scheduled shuttle is available to our guests on a first-come first-serve basis.  Visit the Universal Partner Hotel Vacation Planning Center in the hotel lobby from 7 am to 11 am daily to schedule your shuttle and buy Theme Park Tickets.

Universal Orlando Resort™

Scheduled Theme Park Transportation (ADA Guidelines) is provided based on regular park operating hours* (it does not run continuously) to Universal Orlando theme parks. Reservations are required and must be made in person at the Universal Partner Hotel Vacation Planning Center located in the hotel lobby 24 hours prior to departure. Space is limited—one mobility aid per departure. Reservations first come, first served. *Not valid for Special Events, Groups, or Early Park Admission.

Walt Disney World™

Daily Shuttle Pick up at 9:50am in front of the hotel (I-drive). Shuttles go directly to Epcot from the hotel.

To come back to the hotel shuttle picks up at Hollywood Studios Lane #68 at 6:10 pm. Please be at the designated area of pick up and drop off at least 10 minutes before.

For special requests regarding ADA please contact Platinum Transportation Inc. 407-492-8888 directly at least 24 hours in advance. Group of 10+ people may not use the shuttle. 

I-Ride Trolley

Free Passes Offered! Please ask for your tickets at the front desk.

This convenient trolley service has a stop located directly in front of CoCo Key, and will transport you to nearby shopping, nightlife, and other major attractions on International Dr.  For route information and details please go to www.iridetrolley.com.
